Another week where I bumped up my volume beyond my prescribed plan! It’s true some things never change. No adverse effects except that Saturday was a very high gravity day (also known as the day after leg day).
I was in Canberra on Saturday to help a friend who happens to live within minutes of both Mount Majura and Mount Ainslie and had the opportunity to walk up Mount Ainslie. The view from the top is really outstanding as the viewpoint is positioned to look down on Capital Hill and Parliament House.
